What I learned leading product and marketing strategy for Patagonia still drives everything I do today: never betray your core audience. From organic cotton to surf lines and iconic outerwear, I helped expand the brand while staying true to climbers, dirtbags, and activists who defined it.

Immersive at Scale
Led initial strategy on one of the most ambitious immersive platforms ever built: Sphere Las Vegas. Defined the UX, content frameworks, and partner ecosystem, carrying forward lessons from Obscura Digital’s landmark work on Salesforce Tower and Dubai Expo.

At CFIRE, I lead projects like “Amora,” an AI-driven animated character live in children’s hospitals, proving conversational AI can reduce stress and increase engagement. I’ve applied the same approach to corporate lobbies, EBCs, and real estate experiences from Singapore to San Francisco.
